There is no turning back now. I signed up for the 1/2 marathon on July 4th. yikes. I have total mixed emotions. Some days I am so excited and love it. other days I just think it is too much. I have a goal to run a full 4 miles this week. I am hoping my injured leg will behave and I can actually run. I would also love a running buddy. Anyone feel the need to run with me? :)
Power 90 is a great tool. It is seriously keeping me going and on track. Love it. Today I took Brian to spin class with me. It was a hard class but feels so good at the same time. I am only running 4X a week so I need to fill my other days with some type of cross training. any suggestions there would be great.
I am looking forward to my body feeling healthy and strong. I know that eating healthy and exercising will get me there. slow and steady wins the race.
